If you were covered by this award prior to 2010, your employment will now be covered by a new Federal Modern Award. The appropriate award for you will be determined by your occupation or the industry you work in, for example the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2010 or Mining Industry Award 2010.
You employer is required by law to maintain the terms and conditions of the appropriate Award and to provide unrestricted access to a copy of this document at your workplace.
Members can seek back pay of award entitlements for up to 6 years if they have been underpaid and the offence is proven.
