Legal and Industrial
The ETU can assist you with legal and industrial issues.Any matter relating to your employment such as a court or commission hearing can be handled by the Union. If you have an industrial or workplace matter contact your organiser on (02) 9267 4844 in the first instance and they will provide you with advice on how to proceed.
Should you have matters that are not of an industrial nature such as contracting matters, sole trader issues, security of payment claims, conveyencing or wills the ETU can assist you or provide you with contact details of our partner legal firms that are available to assist - Call our office and ask for Aaron or Anna who will be able to assist you (02) 9267 4844.
