ETU Cabins


The ETU owns a number of holiday cabins at Nambucca Heads on the NSW North Coast for the exclusive use by ETU members.

These cabins are available at discount rates to provide ETU members with the opportunity to enjoy affordable family holiday’s.

ETU Education Scholarships


Getting a good education is important for our members and their families but the cost associated with university and private studies can be inhibitive and that’s why the ETU offer education scholarships to assist members and their families in getting a good education but without the cost burden.

The ETU offer six general scholarships every single year with each scholarship valued at $2,000. These scholarships are available to ETU members, their children and their grandchildren. To qualify, you must be enrolled in studies in an approved course at a registered training organisation at diploma level or higher.

HALLPAYNE Lawyers

Journey Cover Insurance


The ETU now provides free journey cover insurance to all financial members in NSW and the ACT.

Following changes to the workers compensation laws ordinary workers in NSW are no longer covered for accidents or injuries that are sustained while travelling to or from work.

The ETU has stepped in to re-instate journey cover for financial ETU members. For more information on Journey Cover Insurance please download policy cover here

Distress & Mortality Payment


The ETU provides nominal payments to the relatives of deceased ETU members, terms and conditions apply contact your nearest ETU office for further information.
